This is just weird. Pictures 1 and 2 show replaced 8" lights with 12"x24" L.E.D. lights. You can see in picture 3, a bell right above the cantilever lights. All lights on that signal are 8". Both median signals are 8" signals too.

 

The reason why I say this is weird is that this crossing has been upgraded to partial L.E.D. lights, but the rail line is supposedly dead. The FRA reports 0 trains per day on this crossing. Why go through the trouble if nothing will come by?

Before on this page, you saw pictures of gates blocking a crosstrack. Here's updated views. The gates are now probably down permanently due to lack of train travel. The gate lights are 7".
