Note the difference of cantilevers. The older one is from WCH, and the newer one is from Harmon. All lights are 12"x24" incandescents. Both bells are General Signals type 2 electronic bells.
The reason for the different cantilevers is due to major hurricanes in 2005 or 2006 wiping out the missing WCH cantilever.
