This crossing was upgraded from a wigwag. The wigwag parts were used to save the ‘O’ Street wigwag in Fresno.
The crossbuck was from the old setup as seen in picture 3.

 

Notice that the signal is between the sets of track in picture 4.

Notice that these signals are between tracks. All three tracks ARE active. Not a good idea on the SJVR's part to put signals in between active tracks like that...

Also, the FRA does not mention the removal of the wigwag, and the addition of the 2 gateless signals.
