A Metrolink worker told us that UP uses these tracks along with Metrolink (who hasn't set up service yet), but rrxingrick@aol.com says that BNSF uses these tracks, not UP. Google Maps even shows BNSF trains on these sets of track. Anyone know if UP uses these tracks at all?

 

Amtrak used to use this line, but was booted out by Metrolink, also, the line used to cross I-210 about 7 miles from here, but now is severed, and dead ends just right before I-210.

 

Amtrak had to move to the busier parts of San Bernardino, and weren't too happy to do so...
