These set of pictures are weird. Before Valley Metro came along, this crossing was completely owned by UP, and had UP-like signals, like what is seen in pictures 1 and 2, with WCH 12"x24" frames with WCH 1st generation LEDs.

Valley Metro needed more room for their two tracks, took out one of UPs signals, and put in their own signals consisting of Safetran 12"x24" ball LED lights, Safetran type 2 electronic bells, and 8" white fading LED lights, and also 8" Safetran fading red LED lights seen in picture 4!

Views of the Safetran signals put in by Valley Metro. Note in picture 15 that the 8" red lights have fading LED lights! I guess they aren't discontinued after all!

All bells at this crossing ring from startup to when the gates begin to rise.

The 8" white LEDs blink upon startup, and when the gates are in motion. When the gates are fully down, they stay lit.
